We are actively seeking individuals capable of managing high-volume live chat customer support for our clients offering various digital products. This position is open to trustworthy and dependable individuals worldwide, as it can be performed remotely.

As a chat support agent, your primary duty will be responding to live chat messages on behalf of different businesses, using platforms like… Facebook Messenger. This is a remote role, offering the flexibility to work from anywhere without the need for in-person interactions.

Responsibilities
• Respond to customer inquiries and provide support through online chat
• Assist customers with product information, order status, and issue resolution
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with customers
• Document customer interactions and follow up as needed
• Meet or exceed performance goals for response time and customer satisfaction

Qualifications
• Excellent written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Customer service experience (Advantage)
• Proficiency in typing and navigating online chat platforms
• High school diploma or equivalent
