What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Respond to incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general inquiries
Evaluate customer interactions and escalate issues to the Online Chat Manager when necessary
Build relationships with new customers to understand and meet their needs
Accurately and concisely address customer questions, requests, and problems
Provide administrative support to the customer service team and assist with overflow work as needed
What Is Required (Qualifications)
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience in customer service
Strong telephone etiquette
Familiarity with CRM tools
Excellent communication skills
