Key Responsibilities
Establish a safe, inclusive, and therapeutic environment for clients and their families.
Execute trauma-informed assessments to identify each clients distinct needs.
Deliver individual, couples/family, and group therapy across various age groups.
Meet an achievable annual production expectation based on your working hours.
Ensure timely documentation of billable services.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to promote holistic wellness and recovery.
Link clients to essential resources, including care coordination and peer support services.
Facilitate seamless transitions of care and aftercare planning.
Provide crisis management services and liaise with emergency services as necessary.
Educate the community about mental health issues.
Implement evidence-based interventions to develop personalized treatment plans.
Maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate client needs, including both in-person and telehealth sessions.
Manage a caseload effectively, including triage and walk-in appointments.
Keep accurate records in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Participate in required supervision and training sessions.
Regularly update your schedule for centralized scheduling purposes.
Maintain CANS certification and fulfill continuing education requirements if licensed.
Required Skills
Master’s degree in mental health counseling, psychology, social work, or a related discipline.
Licensure or eligibility for licensure (LICSW, LMHC, LMFT, LADC-I).
Competence in computer systems and electronic health records.
Cultural awareness and skills for effective cross-cultural communication.
Qualifications
A Masters degree in mental health counseling, psychology, social work, or a related field is essential.
Candidates should be either licensed or eligible for licensure.

$5000 Sign-On Bonus for full-time positions, distributed across two installments.
