We are thrilled to offer an opportunity for two Summer Law Clerks to engage in a rewarding 10-week term. We seek individuals who are strong writers and adept legal researchers, with an interest in U.S. immigration law, international human rights, or federal litigation.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct thorough legal and country conditions research
Draft client declarations and legal memoranda
Organize and analyze evidence
Required Skills
Excellent writing capabilities
Strong legal research skills
Familiarity with U.S. immigration law and international human rights
Solid analytical and organizational abilities
Qualifications
Currently enrolled in a law school or a recent Juris Doctor (JD) graduate
Background or demonstrated interest in U.S. immigration law, international human rights, or federal litigation
Prior legal research or writing experience is advantageous but not essential
