DUTIES
Deliver scripted multiple-choice questions over the telephone utilizing outbound call management technology
Accurately record responses using a CATI system
During each survey interview, positively engage with members of the public and remain neutral and unbiased regarding their responses
Respond accurately to caller questions or concerns
Complete all training activities
Follow written communication scripts and project protocol
Utilize refusal avoidance techniques to ensure each survey is completed
Maintain standards for quality and production
Be receptive and quick to implement constructive feedback
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree or at least 4 years’ work experience to be considered
Candidate must be fluent in reading and writing in Spanish and English
Demonstrated verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Demonstrated active listening skills and the ability to navigate the survey system while accurately entering data
Clear and professional telephone speaking voice and ability to read accurately from a script
Appropriately address questions or issues presented during calls using protocol
Computer literacy skills including keyboard skills, ability to enter data accurately, and basic troubleshooting for using and accessing computer systems
Ability to work set schedule to meet project objectives which includes a minimum of 20 hours during the calling effort
Ability to read scripted questions and responses verbatim
Prior experience as a survey research interviewer strongly preferred
Previous experience collecting and recording data over the phone or in person
Experience working with MS Office products, such as MS Teams, Word, and Excel
