A fast-growing IT firm that employs high-value technologies to build intelligent solutions for the agricultural industries is looking for a Technical Support Engineer. As an engineer, you will be responsible for configuring operating systems and assisting end-users in troubleshooting issues with remote systems. The company is leading the industry through cross-discipline collaboration, mission-driven, and daring approaches to define the new frontier of agricultural robotics. It has raised a funding of over $30 mn so far. This is an exciting opportunity as the selected candidate will join a team of experts in developing unique, innovative solutions. This is a full-time, long-term position that requires some time overlap with PST.
Job Responsibilities:
Configure operating systems and assist end-users in troubleshooting issues with remote systems
Research, Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve customer issues in a timely manner
Work with multiple software systems and escalate issues… to the concerned parties
Maintain accurate and comprehensive reports
Provide regular updates and feedback to the end-users
Job Requirements:
Bachelors/Masters degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
1-2+ years of relevant experience as a technical support engineer
Good understanding of Python programming language
Basic programming skills would be required
Strong communication skills with an eagerness to learn
Experience in dealing with end-users to resolve issues
