Position: Remote Therapist (Contractor) – Flexible Scheduling
Overview
We are seeking passionate and skilled licensed therapists to join our esteemed team in a 100% remote capacity. This contractor position allows for flexible scheduling, making it an ideal opportunity for licensed professionals in Washington, D.C., with a minimum of two years of experience serving children, adults, and families.
Compensation And Benefits
$45 per 45-minute therapy session
$75 per Intake Assessment
Key Responsibilities
Conduct therapy sessions for clients via video, in-office, or safe in-home/community settings.
Accurately document session notes using our Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system.
Focus solely on therapy, with administrative tasks such as billing and co-payment collection managed by our office staff.

Anxiety, depression, and stress management
ADHD and behavioral issues
Anger management and emotional distress
Family dynamics and parenting challenges
Trauma, abuse, and neglect
Grief and bereavement
Self-esteem and identity exploration
Academic and career-related stress
Coping with chronic illness or financial hardships
Bullying, peer relationships, and adolescent challenges
Required Skills
Active clinical license in Washington, D.C. (LICSW, LPC, Ph.D., or PsyD)
At least 2 years of experience providing psychotherapy to diverse populations.
A compassionate and client-centered therapeutic approach.
Qualifications
A Masters degree or Doctorate in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related discipline.
