We are looking for a tech-savvy and customer-focused Remote Virtual Chat Assistant to provide real-time assistance to customers through online chat platforms. In this role, you will use Microsoft-based tools to communicate effectively with customers, resolve issues, and ensure a seamless digital customer experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a remote environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide real-time customer support via online chat using Microsoft Teams and other messaging platforms
Address customer questions, troubleshoot issues, and provide information about products and services
Log customer interactions and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Dynamics 365
Guide customers through online processes and help resolve technical issues related to accounts, products… or services
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department and follow up to ensure resolution
Stay informed about company products, services, and promotions to provide accurate information
Work closely with team members to ensure a consistent and high-quality customer experience
Meet performance goals including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction metrics
Qualifications:
Experience as a chat assistant, customer service representative, or in a similar role
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Outlook, Excel) and CRM systems (Dynamics 365 preferred)
Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and manage several chat conversations simultaneously
Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Basic technical troubleshooting abilities
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service or Microsoft tools are a plus
