DKC Solutions Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Data Entry Clerk for a part-time, remote position. In this role, you will be responsible for inputting, verifying, and maintaining data accurately and efficiently within our systems. This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable working independently, possesses strong attention to detail, and has excellent time management skills. As part of our team, you will contribute to our ongoing success by ensuring the seamless flow of information and assisting with administrative tasks as needed.
Responsibilities:
Inputting, updating, and maintaining accurate data in the company’s database
Verifying and correcting data discrepancies
Assisting with data cleansing and ensuring consistency across platforms
Managing and organizing digital files and documents
Responding to data-related queries and providing support when needed
Maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data security standards
Ensuring deadlines are met in a timely manner while maintaining high-quality work
Other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Proven experience in data entry, administrative support, or similar role
Excellent typing skills with attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Proficiency with MS Office and data management software
Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
High school diploma or equivalent required (Associate’s degree or higher preferred)
