Residential Aide/ Personal Caregiver – $17 to $21 Per Hour

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Group Home Staff.

Responsibilities:
• Assist residents with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and medication administration.
• Create a safe, clean, and supportive environment for residents in the group home.
• Provide companionship and emotional support, fostering a sense of community.
• Accompany residents on outings, medical appointments, and community activities.
• Follow individual care plans, ensuring each resident’s needs are met.
• Maintain detailed documentation of resident care, behavior, and any incidents.
• Collaborate with team members, supervisors, and healthcare professionals to ensure the best care for residents.
• Encourage residents’ independence and participation in daily activities.

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain).
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Compassionate, patient, and respectful of residents’ privacy and dignity.
• Ability to lift or move residents as needed (training provided).
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.00 – $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
