The EPIC Revenue Operations Associate Is
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented RevOps Associate to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting daily provider operational activities, ensuring the smooth and efficient functioning of our onboarding and success processes.
Responsibilities
Configure new providers within the HFD system so that they can take advantage of our patient financing platform.
Assist in managing provider inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
Perform account adjustments for providers that need pricing or settings changes.
Collaborate with providers and HFD team members in the troubleshooting of issues
Help maintain accurate and up-to-date records of company CRM and lending platform.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
Participate in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals.
Perform other duties as assigned by operations manager.
Requirements

Ability to learn new systems quickly.
Education And Experience
Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
Preferred
Experience with a CRM (HubSpot, SalesForce, etc)
