They are looking for a Sales Representative to join their team. You must have a proven track record of top sales performance and a natural drive to achieve top quotas.
The Sales Representative will be responsible for… generating leads, demonstrating and selling products or services to Edison Award winners, and negotiating sales agreements. The ideal candidate has excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, a deep understanding of the sales process, and feels comfortable with cold outreach and is a team player.
Core Responsibilities
Generate new business opportunities to fuel pipeline through research, warm calling, email outreach, and social media, through contacting and qualifying all outbound and in-bound web leads, and through execution of marketing campaigns
Utilize a consultative, collaborative sales approach by presenting the value the company receives through winning the Edison Award.
Effectively communicate the benefits of current offering to prospects and fully understand their needs before scheduling follow-up meetings
Closely collaborate with sales management to help grow and fill pipelines and to create, develop, and manage strategic accounts
Learn and maintain knowledge of new products before asking them to nominate.
Achieve monthly quotas of sourced opportunities, and provide weekly reports on achievements and follow-up plans
Qualifications/Skills
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or related field
Must have Hubspot experience
Proven with at least 6 years experience in sales, lead generation, closing deals.
Proven writing and presentation skills and samples upon request
Understanding of the sales process and dynamics
Superb interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly build rapport with both customers and suppliers on the phone or via virtual calls.
Proficient user of HubSpot, RegFox, Teams, Power Point and Google Docs.
Highly motivated, driven, and self-starting individual and team player
Comfortable asking questions and strong listening skills
Loves to work remotely and exceed desired results
