The Senior Counsel Commercial will be a key player in managing a diverse range of commercial contracts for the organization. This role involves drafting, negotiating, executing, and creating processes and playbooks for various agreements, including marketing, influencer, licensing, and software-as-a-service contracts. You will provide essential legal guidance on the development… marketing, and utilization of the organizations global suite of products, advising on regulatory, data privacy, and intellectual property matters.
