Description:
Responsible for building and scaling DoorDashs eCommerce sales team
Lead strategies and execution across sales initiatives that drive company goals
Oversee a leadership bench with multiple layers and support a growing team of sales professionals
Collaborate cross-functionally with internal partners to drive success for the Commerce Platform
Requirements:
8+ years of sale leadership experience (Director+), with a mix of Mid-Market, SMB (and Enterprise) experience
5+ years of experience as a second/third-line leader and managing multiple layers of sales leadership
Deep understanding of SaaS platforms, products, and integrations with technology ecosystems
Proven ability to build, scale, and optimize teams within a platform SaaS model
Extensive experience with partnering cross-functionally to drive cohesion and success against sales initiatives
Experience building multidimensional sales teams and establishing goals that align teams
Demonstrated ability to thrive in ambiguous and fast-paced environments
