Main Purpose
At Indeed Flex, the Senior Operational Excellence Manager (Global) plays a critical role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our processes. This hands-on leader not only identifies and rectifies operational bottlenecks but also collaborates closely with the product team. The goal is to ensure our operations are streamlined, scalable, and perfectly poised for future product innovations. By actively seeking insights from frontline teams and using data-driven methods, this role shapes the operational backbone of our rapidly growing company. This role will oversee operational improvements required for user acquisition teams in the UK and the US.
Responsibilities & Duties
1. Operational Process Optimization:
? Lead and execute initiatives to pinpoint and rectify inefficiencies across the department.
? Proactively address operational challenges, problem-solve while ensuring solutions are scalable and sustainable.
? Partner with the Recruitment Managers to ensure smooth and effective rollout of operational changes.
2. Frontline Insight Gathering:
? Actively gather feedback and insights from frontline teams to better understand operational challenges and areas of improvement.
? Diagnose issues through data analysis, integrating frontline insights with hard metrics to drive changes.
3. Data-Driven Analysis & Implementation:
? Utilize data to create analysis, identify areas of improvement and validate the effectiveness of implemented changes.
? Transform analytical insights into tangible operational strategies, setting the stage for both immediate enhancements and future growth.
4. Product & Operations Alignment:
? Collaborate intensively with the product team, guiding them on the operational feasibility of upcoming product changes.
? Offer insights on how current and future operational improvements can be seamlessly integrated into product innovations.
5. Stakeholder Collaboration & Communication:
? Serve as the bridge between operations and product teams, ensuring synchronized strategies and shared knowledge.
? Regularly update relevant teams and stakeholders on operational advancements, challenges, and insights
Requirements
? A minimum of 6 years hands-on experience in operations, process improvement, or a relevant role, with a strong focus on data-driven decisions and innovative problem solving.
? Proven track record of driving operational improvements, emphasizing scalability and business performance enhancements.
? Strong track record of blending creativity, pragmatism, and resourcefulness to achieve operational goals.
? Familiarity with product lifecycle processes and the integration of operational processes into product strategies.
? Proven ability to rapidly assimilate new knowledge with a keen eye for detail.
? Demonstrated ability to gather and utilize feedback from frontline teams effectively.
? Exceptional communication skills, adept at aligning varied stakeholder perspectives, while able to stand ground and maintain core values.
? Experience in a fast-paced/startup environment is required.
? Practical SQL skill is a must. You’ll create dashboards for process improvement regularly.

? Previous experience with mergers and acquisitions
Work Environment
This job operates in a hybrid remote/professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment to complete daily responsibilities and duties. If working in a remote office environment, a clean, designated workspace must be kept in a safe condition, free from hazards to both the employee and the equipment. Remote office positions also require reliable, high-speed internet.

Position Type / Expected Hours of Work
Full-Time Position. Hours are Monday – Friday, regular business hours. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand.
Travel

This position requires minimal travel, less than 25% of the time. Most travel is outside of the local area and will require overnight accommodations.

All travel is subject to the Indeed Flex travel policy and will be recompensed per the policy. It is the responsibility of the employee to understand and abide by the Indeed Flex Travel Policy in order to receive appropriate expense reimbursements.
