Enterprise Payments team is striving to modernize payments across Delta securely and efficiently. Some of our recent accomplishments include processing of payment in local currencies, Apple Tap-to-Pay for Onboard sales, Payment on kiosk at airport lobbies and Delta Sky Clubs, Payment enhancements to ensure PCI Compliance and compliance with government mandates, and other value-driving payment capabilities. In our pursuit of making Delta payments functionality best in class, we are looking for a motivated, impactful Senior Product Leader to join the Enterprise Payments team.
Responsibilities
Senior Product Leader, Enterprise Payments will support product vision and execution of Payments roadmap. The role will effectively collaborate with internal partners across Digital Channels, IT, Loyalty, Treasury, Enterprise Solutions, Reservations (Res), Inflight Services (IFS), Airport Customer Service (ACS) and others to centralize and streamline payments at Delta. Will lead enhancement of payments functionalities to ensure consistency of payment methods across channels and products, protect Customer data (PCI compliance), and support unique payments needs in international markets. The role will entail the following responsibilities:
Partner with Payments Leadership and key stakeholders to build shared roadmap and priorities, aligned with the Enterprise planning process
Assess market opportunities to help define strategic vision for Enterprise Payments
Manage complex, multi-phased deliverables and lead without authority, collaborating with internal and external partners, ensuring adequate prioritization, and removal of impediments
Document work in company-adopted tools/platforms, following Agile methodology
Analyze payments performance and identify improvement opportunities
Support investigation of production issues and pursue resolution based on impact
Communicate and build appropriate transparency at many different levels
Act as a critical resource and support for the IT team, ensuring that the development team understands items in Payments backlog, their priorities, and business value
Lead work planning and grooming sessions

What You Need To Succeed (minimum Qualifications)
At least 7 years of relevant work experience in product management and/or complex project management
Experience in at least one of the following functions in an airline environment: Digital, Treasury, Enterprise Solutions (Financial Documents/Retail), Distribution, Revenue Management, Loyalty, Network, Sales, Reservations, or similar product management role
Strong business acumen, results-oriented and capable of working through impediments and meeting, or exceeding deadlines with attention to detail and follow-through
Ability to work independently and manage multiple complex projects simultaneously
Ability to work well with diverse groups in a fast-paced, changing environment with a high degree of initiative
Proven ability to influence without authority and work in a matrix setting
Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, through both written and verbal communication
Strong analytical skills
Proven vendor management skills
Experience and proficiency in Agility (Version One), Aha!
Must be performing satisfactorily in present position
Consistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data
Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles
Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency
Must be at least 18 years of age and have authorization to work in the United States
What Will Give You a Competitive Edge (preferred Qualifications)
BA/BS or advanced degree in quantitative discipline such as Business Administration, Technology, Economics, Finance, or Data Analysis
Strong expertise in payments functionality
Product Owner Certification
Cross-divisional experience at Delta is highly recommended
