Were looking for a… Senior Revenue Insights Analyst to join MNTNs Business Intelligence (BI) Team. In this role you will be responsible for driving business growth by providing scalable analytical and data solutions in the form of actionable insights, detailed business modeling, data analysis and creation of strategic & operational reporting. You will partner closely with the head of BI and key revenue stakeholders to analyze business challenges and opportunities and inform decision-making through your actionable insights, business modeling and analysis.
What youll do
Partner closely with Revenue organization stakeholders to understand their data needs, their key KPIs and what drives their success
Business modeling including revenue forecasting, analyzing data, what-if and whats needed analysis, forecast performance, etc. used to influence business and incentive comp decisions and targets.
Drive and track attainment against business modeling output goals and targets
Interpret key revenue metrics to identify business risks & opportunities by developing a strong understanding of the underlying drivers.
Perform in-depth ad-hoc analysis generating insights and actionable recommendations for business executives and stakeholders.
Create self-service business reports and dashboards within Tableau, Salesforce, etc.
Manage projects to deliver data solutions to the Revenue organization
Work closely with Data Engineering & Business Intelligence teams to influence and guide their development roadmaps.
Establish relationships and processes with teams in the Revenue organization as well as Revenue partners (Finance, HR, Product, etc.)
What youll bring
3+ years of experience working as a business/financial analyst in Operations/Finance supporting Revenue teams.
1+ years of experience creating revenue/business models required
Advanced knowledge of Excel and visualization tools (Tableau) required
Advanced knowledge of Salesforce, SQL and data warehousing preferred
A problem solver with a passion for data and analytics in support of driving business decisions
Insatiable curiosity, always thinking why/what-if, driving a test and learn process
Comfortable working with leaders and stakeholders of all levels, working cross-functionally to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency
Ability to solve work independently, solve complex and ambiguous problems, and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills and the ability to synthesize and present data to business audiences of all levels
