We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow developer to implement ServiceNow ITSM. Responsibilities include setting up and configuring ServiceNow ITSM, as well as migrating configurations, user access, templates, workflows, and the service catalog from the existing ITSM system. (100% Remote)
MUST hold a current ServiceNow ITSM Certification. (CIS-ITSM)
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a technical implementation and migration plan for ServiceNow ITSM
Install, configure, and customize the ServiceNow ITSM platform, including business rules, UI policies, workflows, playbooks, and tables, to meet organizational requirements
Migrate configurations, user access, service requests, incidents, work orders, and change requests from the existing system to ServiceNow ITSM
Set up integrations between ServiceNow and other systems to enable efficient data exchange using APIs and data loading
Generate reports for ITSM data in ServiceNow and Microsoft Power BI
Review the current ServiceNow CSM setup and assist with troubleshooting any issues
Analyze system performance, adjusting tuning parameters or code for optimal performance
Conduct unit testing, UAT, and stress testing in collaboration with technical staff
Implement ongoing enhancement requests
Qualifications:
MUST hold a current ServiceNow ITSM Certification. (CIS-ITSM)ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – IT Service Management (CIS-ITSM)
Strong proficiency in JavaScript
Familiarity with UI, SQL, HTML, and CSS
Knowledge of XML and structured programming principles
Understanding of ITIL processes
Experience in creating reports within ServiceNow
Skilled in ServiceNow Playbook development
Experience with inbound and outbound data exchange between ServiceNow and other systems via REST and SOAP APIs
Familiarity with Remedy ITSM, Microsoft Power BI, ServiceNow CSM, and ServiceNow NowAssist is a plus
