About the position
The Small Business Bookkeeping Team Leader at BudgetEase is responsible for leading a team within the Client Accounting Services (CAS) department. This role focuses on providing exceptional bookkeeping services to a diverse range of clients while ensuring team members are well-supported and trained. Responsibilities
Coach and mentor team members, currently consisting of 2-4 members.

Meet weekly with team members to discuss their needs and client progress.

Onboard new team members to ensure they understand processes and feel comfortable working with clients.

Monitor service delivery by the team to meet client standards.

Provide training tailored to individual team members.

Maintain expert knowledge in QuickBooks and related applications.

Deliver client services focusing on consulting, QuickBooks setup, and problem-solving.

Communicate educational and training needs to the team.

Research solutions to address client and team needs.

Attend 2-3 meetings weekly, including strategy sessions with leadership.
Requirements
Expert knowledge of QuickBooks with 10 years of experience in accounting, finance, or bookkeeping.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience managing a team and providing mentorship.

Ability to read and interpret financial information accurately.

Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows.
