The ideal candidate should have between 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience. The role demands proficiency in customer service, chat support, and crafting social media communications.

• Social Media Communications (Mandatory skill) – Expertise in fostering brand messages and engagement through social media platforms.
• Social media management – Knowledgeable in managing various social media accounts to maintain brand consistency.
• Problem-solving – Strong analytical skills to quickly resolve customer issues and improve service processes.
• Communication skills – Excellent verbal and written communication abilities to articulate responses clearly and persuasively.
• Social Media Marketing – Experience in creating and executing social media campaigns to enhance brand awareness.
• Social Media Optimization (SMO) – Skilled in implementing strategies to improve the visibility and reach of social media content.
