Job Description…
The Software Project Coordinator is responsible for gathering equipment, resources, and information necessary to upcoming projects within the Embedded Controls team.
Duties Include
Participate in project design meetings and propose improvements if necessary
program and process planning efforts
coordinating with cross functional teams and internal stakeholders
managing of project budgets
attending and participating in software reviews
conducting project progress reviews
utilizing various reporting tools such as Excel
Time Management managing AOP planning sheets Actual hours as assigned to individual projects variances within works w/ SoW owners
Tracking POs
Resource Planning
Tracking the budget associated w/ a particular project / resource
Program Reviews
Scheduling these meetings
Tracking POs to $$ spent for each program
Cost and Effectiveness of the programs
Time-Keeping
Using a sw called Planesfare they will learn this
but helpful to have a PC understand this aspect time charging converting $$ to projects producing a monthly report for leadership
Finance Mgt
All of the behind the scenes operations work that support each and every program, scheduling,

Thats at least 50% (all of the above) of this total role
