Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sourcing and Recruitment Specialist to join our team part-time. This role is critical in supporting the candidate side of our recruiting business. The ideal candidate will have a passion for research, strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities (phone, email, text) and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive research to identify potential candidates for various job openings.
Utilize various sourcing methods, including phone networking, online databases, social media, and networking events, to build a robust candidate pipeline.
Contact candidates via email and/or phone to assess qualifications and conduct initial phone interviews.
Screen resumes and assess candidate qualifications and fit.
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
Assist candidates with the application process and provide timely updates on their application status.
Prepare candidate profiles and summaries for client presentations.
Qualifications:
Strong interviewing and talent assessment skills and experience.
Research and analysis experience, with the ability to gather and interpret data effectively.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
Exceptional communication qualities, both written and verbal.
