### Requirements
High school diploma or GED equivalent
At least 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in the airline or travel industry
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to handle stressful situations with professionalism and empathy
Proficiency in basic computer applications and the ability to learn new software quickly
High-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace
### Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and assist customers with their flight reservations, cancellations, and inquiries
Resolve customer issues efficiently and courteously
Provide information on flight schedules, fares, and policies
Assist customers with special requests and accommodations
Document all customer interactions accurately in our CRM system
Stay updated on company policies, promotions, and procedures
