Key Responsibilities:
Individualized Education Programs (IEPs): Design, develop, and implement tailored education plans that address the unique needs of students with disabilities.
Collaboration: Work closely with fellow educators, specialists, and parents to create a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Adaptation of Curriculum: Utilize effective teaching strategies and modify the curriculum to accommodate the diverse learning styles and abilities of students.
Progress Monitoring: Continuously assess student progress and make necessary adjustments to instructional strategies.

Qualifications:
Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Special Education or a related field.
Licensure: Valid state SPED teaching license.
