The Entry Level Manager will work on the Marketing and Sales team, supporting the Senior Account Executive, Account Supervisor, Management Supervisor, Account Director, and senior team members in day-to-day client business management. This role will lead the monthly campaigns, attend meetings, provide internal communications, and provide other assistance as needed.
Responsibilities of Entry… Level Managers:
Use creative sales and marketing strategies to create an interest in the products for customers through direct communication
Work closely with sales and marking representatives to coordinate and strategize different ideas on how to advertise different products that will cater to the client’s needs for campaigns
Be up to date with new product knowledge and client acquisitions in order to successfully drive sales and achieve company goals
Attend Entry Level Manager meetings and discuss overall company goals and sales performance
Advertise clients consumer products in order to create hype around the product being sold
Interact with customers and assist them with any questions they have about product performance, pricing, etc.
Develop professional relationships with clients, customers, other Entry Level Managers and office administration staff
