Senior Customer Strategy and Portfolio Consultant

Champion the building, tracking, planning, and socialization of the comprehensive Customer Organization Plan and Strategy.
• Lead the development, management, tracking, and monitoring of Customer Organization performance against KPIs.
• Monitor the Customer Portfolio, including tracking risks, issues, and scope management.
• Develop executive-level presentations related to projects or the Customer Organization plan.
• Establish and maintain cross-functional partnerships throughout Customer, Commercial, and Operations Teams.

This role requires working from our Dallas, TX headquarters facility during business hours.
Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic planning
• Managing cross-functional projects or portfolio planning
• Executive-level storytelling
• Developing strategies, plans, and decisions, and communicating them to executive leadership
Requirements:
• Knowledge of project management, strategic planning, and portfolio management principles
• Skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint and creating high-quality, Executive-level presentations
• Ability to deliver a high volume of Executive-level presentations in short periods of time
• U.S. citizen or have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
• Ability to use a computer and other office productivity tools with sufficient speed and accuracy to meet the demands of the job
