What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
– Perform duties related to the Responsible Beverage Service Training Program and Online Licensing Services support system
– Work remotely with access to a local ABC district office for laptop pick-up/drop-off
– Adhere to established procedures under the supervision of a Staff Services Manager
– Provide centralized support for the RBSTP and online licensing services
– Ensure compliance with regulations and guidelines set by the employer
What is Required (Qualifications):
– Must be a college student enrolled in classes at an accredited college or university
– Completion of a pre-employment background investigation, including fingerprinting
– Ability to follow instructions and procedures accurately
– Strong communication skills and ability to work independently
– Proficiency in PC skills and adaptability to changing priorities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
– Bilingual-Spanish speaking preferred
– Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
– Ability to work effectively in a team environment
– Good attendance record and dependability
– Prior experience in a similar role or industry
