Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with a strong background in managing SuccessFactors implementation projects, specifically in Employee Central and Onboarding modules. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successfully delivering cloud-based HR system implementations while managing project teams, timelines, budgets, and client relationships.
This role is integral to ensuring the seamless delivery of high-quality solutions that meet client needs and expectations.
Required Qualifications:
– 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager for SuccessFactors implementation projects, with a focus on Employee Central and Onboarding modules.
– Strong understanding of SAP SuccessFactors and HRIS systems.
– Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver on time and within budget.
– Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
– Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Jira).
– PMP or PRINCE2 certification, or equivalent, is highly desirable.
