What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Oversee the recruitment, screening, interviewing, and referral of applicants for employment at all levels
Collaborate with hiring managers to develop recruitment plans and strategies
Maintain accurate recruitment files and prepare reports on applicant flow and interview results
Screen application materials for minimum qualifications and coordinate interview processes
Ensure compliance with all state, federal, and accreditation standards and institutional policies
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Associates degree in Human Resources Management, Organizational Development, Business Administration, Administrative Leadership, Public Administration, or related field
Four (4) years of related occupational experience in human resources, including recruitment activities
Knowledge of federal and state employment laws and regulations relevant to recruiting
Ability to communicate effectively through written and oral means
Proficiency in the use of computers and software specific to the position
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management or a related field
Two (2) years of related occupational experience working in human resources
SHRM Certified Professional (SHRP-CP) or equivalent certification
Knowledge of diversity and inclusion strategies in recruitment
Experience with organizing and processing large volumes of applications
