Technical Product Manager – Identity and Access

Description:
• Seeking a technical product manager supporting IAM investments for evolving business units and subsidiary customers
• Looking for expertise in IAM space, product management lifecycle, and collaborating with engineering teams
• Driven, autonomous and skilled at partnering with and delegating to engineering partners
• Highly cross-functional role helping solve right problems by aligning priorities for Netflix
• Build strategic roadmap and take product concepts from idea through validation, shipping, measurement, and iteration
• Steer product direction with strong partnerships and influence towards optimal solutions
• Partner closely with leadership and diverse stakeholders to align vision, strategy, and roadmaps
• Build business cases and measure impact of product innovation
• Deep understanding of evolving customer needs and aligning with industry best practices
• Domain expert who can identify new opportunities and collaborate with team on identity, authentication & authorization requirements
• Embody the unique Netflix culture

Requirements:
• 3+ years experience in product management for widely available software/online services
• Expertise with identity, access management, and/or cybersecurity best practices
• Ability to make tough decisions informed by both data and judgment
• Demonstrated record of executing projects that measurably improved customer experiences while reducing risk
• Organizational leadership and influence without relying on hierarchy
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills: great memos and presentations to technical & non-technical partners are extremely important
• Ability to inspire, motivate and lead a cross-functional team
• Ability to scale through others and delegate to downstream teams as necessary
• Comfort with ambiguity and navigating ever-evolving business priorities and investments
• Background in mergers and acquisitions, studio or production environments, and their intersection with IAM is a plus, but not a requirement
