A Day in the Life
Review Cardiac Implantable Electronic Device data and provide quality analysis of the data
Provide results to the facility in a specified timeframe via phone and written communications
Provide accurate technical information to callers
Responsible for receiving, documenting/reporting customer contacts and complaints for tracking, trending, and FDA reporting
May train others on non-technical aspects (soft skills) of the job as well as the technical training and certification
Able to operate a computer and work in multiple operating systems
Answer incoming calls from customers
Provide technical support to incoming callers who need assistance utilizing interrogation devices for pacemakers/implantable defibrillators
Additional Information
This position is a remote role that will not report to a Medtronic facility. All candidates must have access to reliable, high-speed internet, and a quiet, confidential, and disruption-free work environment.
Scheduled hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 9:00 PM – 6:00 AM CST with an on-call rotation
Must Have: Minimum Requirements
Bachelors degree required
Minimum of 2 years of experience, or advanced degree in lieu years of experience
Nice to Have
Experience with reading, interpreting device diagnostics and troubleshooting Cardiac Implantable Electrical Devices pacemakers, ICDs and CRT-D devices
Previous Cardiac experience
Field sales or clinical specialist experience with cardiac devices
Call center or customer service experience
Medtronic CIED device product knowledge
Remote Monitoring experience with Carelink and/or Carelink Express website
Knowledge of FDA/GMP/MDR device regulations
Advanced verbal and written communication skills
Analytical/critical thinking skills/experience
Time management skills
Demonstrated ability to utilize computer and telephone efficiently
