DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work collaboratively with Healthcare team across a variety of client engagements, playing an active role and leading one or multiple projects.
Operates independently to employ the client Healthcare methodology, leading client engagements with inventory management best practices, technology platform adoption, and/or specific system application configuration and deployment.Uses analytical and creative problem-solving skills to provide business solutions.
Has enterprise resource planning (ERP) implementation experience, with a focus on supply chain management.
Performs the role of the SME in the sales cycle, where necessary.
ROLE REQUIREMENTS:
The skills, certifications, or other qualifications a team member needs to currently possess to perform at this job level.
Understanding of hospital supply and inventory management a plus
Integrated warehouse and transportation operational processes experience a plus
Technical aptitude
Operational experience and knowledge in one or more of the following areas:
Inventory and Order Management
Forecasting, Demand & Supply Planning
General Ledger, A/P, A/R, Chart of Accounts & Financial Statements
Full procure to pay and order to cash cycles
B2B integration and ERP integration
EDI (850, 855, 856, 810, etc.)
Demonstrated experience working in/with:
Inventory, distribution management and/or ERP supply chain software implementations
Business process requirement definition, software configuration, data loading, testing, and training
5+ years of direct experience in software implementation and consulting
