Title and Summary Vice President, Platform Product Management Mastercard Loyalty Solutions provides a range of technology solutions and services to drive consumer engagement. As part of the Global Cardholder Services team, the VP, Cardholder Services Platforms and… Performance will be accountable for the digital enablement and transformation of benefits and insurances globally. This role is critical to connecting our services from partners in travel, insurance and beyond to customers and to cardholders for a truly seamless digital experience. The successful candidate will partner with key stakeholders across the Cardholder Services Program, Global Loyalty suppliers, Regional teams and Product & Engineering for product management of a strategic enablement platform and managing our Global Services business. The incumbent will also lead development of a new orchestration layer to expand our suite of benefits solutions, including managing the integration with relevant Mastercard assets. This role will oversee the product roadmap for the global benefits platform, orchestration layer and Global Services; as well as, requirements and GTM initiatives. There will also be responsibility for ensuring alignment across the shared services that support the Cardholder Services program (i.e., Delivery and Billing) The ideal candidate is digitally savvy, an experienced product manager, highly motivated, can agile mindset and a compassionate people leader. Role ? Own the digital transformation strategy and 3?5-year roadmap to enhance capabilities to deliver short- and long-term innovations; as well as vision and roadmaps for Global Benefits Platform ? Lead digital enablement of benefits and insurance products in partnership with Technologies and key stakeholders: requirements gathering, prioritization and execution globally and across regions ? Responsibility for the success of the Global Benefits Platform including aligning initiatives with global and regional goals, developing/collecting requirements for development, conducting UAT testing, preparing for release with documentation and training of users ? Ensure build, delivery and rollout of new Cardholder Services orchestration layer in partnership; including build and management of the product roadmap ? Accountability for CX of Cardholder Services products in partnership with the Loyalty CX team ? Oversight of Global Services product roadmap, revenue growth and alignment with GCCM ? Represent Cardholder Services products across shared service providers in Mastercard (ie, Delivery and Customer Experience); ensure clear understanding of CHS needs regularly communicated in partnership with Operational Excellence ? Partner across Loyalty, Data & Services and Product & Engineering organizations to identify synergies and create efficiencies in shared objectives (ie, CX, APIs, capabilities, etc) ? Commercialize digital benefits enablement including sales materials, case studies and partnership with Business Development team to drives sales and support customer engagements ? Gather ongoing customer feedback and needs assessment for outstanding CX ? Align with Privacy and Legal to ensure continual agreement and compliance ? Co-own program KPIs tracking and progress with program co-founder Skills ? Digital product management experience with a passion for excellence ? Outstanding team leader with strong skills to attract and develop talent ? Critical thinker with ability to question status quo and be a change agent for the business ? Strong executive communication skills with ability to present ideas and adapt communication for diverse stakeholders across the Mastercard matrix ? Experience with analytics and creating/tracking metrics ? Domain Experience understanding of technology solutions that can connect partners to deliver solutions ? APIs, Web Hosted/View, Tokenization, SSO ? Ability to prioritize based on impact and alignment to Cardholder Services objectively ? Effective external vendor negotiation and management skills ? Manage P&L and expenses effectively; create business cases for new investments Qualifications ? 10+ years experience in digital product management or strategy development ? Proven success in digital product management ? Preferred location in O?Fallon St Louis Office.
