We are seeking a Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our team remotely. The ideal candidate will assist in project coordination, calendar management, and various administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
## Responsibilities
– Manage Outlook Calendar and schedule appointments
– Coordinate projects and assist in planning events
– Provide administrative support such as proofreading documents and data entry
– Act as a personal assistant by handling correspondence and phone systems
– Assist with various tasks related to clerical duties
## Qualifications
– Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar role
– Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and online collaboration tools
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
– Ability to work independently and meet deadlines consistently
Preferred Skills:
– Experience in event planning
– Familiarity with phone systems
