SuiteHome Properties, a growing property management and real estate brokerage, is seeking a dedicated Virtual Assistant to support our lead generation and customer outreach efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:
1. Managing and updating a weekly list of 250 prospective leads…
2. Conducting cold calls using provided scripts to potential clients
3. Sending targeted email campaigns using pre-drafted templates
4. Scheduling appointments for property showings and consultations
5. Maintaining accurate records of all communications and follow-ups
6. Participating in weekly check-in calls to discuss performance
Required skills include excellent verbal and written communication in English, proficiency with CRM systems, email marketing tools, and scheduling software. Experience with cold calling and email outreach is essential. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently are crucial.
Technical requirements include a reliable internet connection, a quiet work environment for making calls, and proficiency in tools such as MailChimp, Slack, Gmail, and Calendly.
This is a part-time position, approximately 20-25 hours per week, with availability required for daily calls between 9:30 AM – 11:30 AM (timezone to be specified). The schedule is flexible for other tasks.
We’re looking for a self-motivated individual who can efficiently manage lead lists, conduct outreach, and support our real estate agents in growing our business. Familiarity with real estate terminology is a plus.
