As a Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our team from a remote location. You will manage various tasks and projects, ensuring deadlines are met and high-quality work is delivered. Your role will involve communication with team members and clients, scheduling, data management, and other administrative duties as needed.

Key Responsibilities…
• Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support, including managing emails, scheduling meetings, and handling correspondence.
• Calendar Management: Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Data Entry & Management: Maintain and update databases, prepare reports, and handle data entry tasks.
• Communication: Act as a liaison between team members and clients, managing communication effectively.
• Project Management: Assist in tracking project progress, deadlines, and deliverables.
• Document Preparation: Create and format documents, presentations, and spreadsheets as needed.
• Social Media Management: Assist with managing social media accounts and creating content (if applicable).
• Customer Service: Provide support to clients and address inquiries in a professional manner.

Qualifications:
• Experience: Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Calendar). Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello) is a plus.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
