Key Responsibilities:
• Interact with customers through chat platforms to provide information and support.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy.
• Navigate multiple systems and platforms simultaneously to assist customers efficiently.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of our products/services and be able to explain features and benefits to customers.
• Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate internal teams for further investigation.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.
• Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional customer support.

• Excellent written communication skills; able to type quickly and accurately.
