Job Summary: As a Virtual Customer Care… Professional, you will be the face of American Express, providing world-class service to our customers. You will handle a variety of customer inquiries and issues, ensuring each interaction leaves a positive impression of the company. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while making a significant impact on our customers experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and chat
* Address and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and effective manner
* Educate customers about American Express products and services
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings and policies
* Identify and escalate complex issues to appropriate departments
* Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved satisfactorily
* Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

* Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
* Proficiency with CRM software and other customer service tools
* High school diploma or equivalent required; a bachelors degree is preferred
* Previous customer service experience, particularly in a virtual environment, is a plus
Experience:
* Minimum of 2 years in a customer service role, with a preference for experience in financial services
* Experience working remotely is highly desirable
