Responsibilities:
Client Interaction:Engage with clients via phone, email, and live chat to assist with inquiries, provide travel recommendations, and address any concerns or issues promptly and professionally
Booking Assistance:Assist clients with booking travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and excursions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to their preferences
Travel Support:Provide ongoing support to clients before, during, and after their trips, offering assistance with itinerary changes, travel documentation, and resolving any unforeseen issues or emergencies
Problem Resolution:Proactively identify and resolve client issues or complaints, demonstrating empathy and understanding while finding satisfactory resolutions to ensure a positive customer experience
Communication Liaison:Serve as a liaison between clients and other departments within the company, facilitating communication and collaboration to address client needs effectively
Feedback Collection:Gather feedback from clients about their travel experiences, soliciting suggestions for improvement and identifying areas where our services can be enhanced to better meet their needs
Documentation and Reporting:Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and resolutions in our customer relationship management (CRM) system. Generate reports as needed to track customer service metrics and trends
