The Temporary Virtual Receptionist at Upstream Mental Health will provide essential administrative support during a short-term period while primary staff are on vacation. This role is crucial for maintaining smooth operations in a telehealth environment, requiring excellent communication skills and a client-focused approach.

Responsibilities
• Answer incoming office calls.

• Assist clients with real-time tech issues during telehealth appointments.

• Schedule/Reschedule appointments using our practice management system, Simple Practice.

• Address time-sensitive administrative tasks and manage client concerns promptly.

• Communicate with clinicians and supervisors regarding time-sensitive issues.

Requirements
• Prior administrative or receptionist experience, specifically in a therapy or medical practice.

• Comfortable using technology and troubleshooting minor tech issues.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in a mental health setting.

• Familiarity with Simple Practice or similar electronic health record (EHR) systems.

• Familiarity with Google Workspace/Google Suite.
