The Temporary Virtual Receptionist at Upstream Mental Health will provide essential administrative support during a short-term period while primary staff are on vacation. Responsibilities
Answer incoming office calls.

Assist clients with real-time tech issues during telehealth appointments.

Schedule/Reschedule appointments using our practice management system, Simple Practice.

Address time-sensitive administrative tasks and manage client concerns promptly.

Communicate with clinicians and supervisors regarding time-sensitive issues.
Requirements
Prior administrative or receptionist experience, specifically in a therapy or medical practice.

Comfortable using technology and troubleshooting minor tech issues.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in a mental health setting.

Familiarity with Simple Practice or similar electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Familiarity with Google Workspace/Google Suite.
