As VP of Marketing, you will be responsible for building and leading the marketing team for the company and their partners NFT projects. This will include overseeing brand marketing, content marketing, growth marketing, PR/Communications, among other areas, while at the same time supporting the Product teams Product Marketing efforts and working with key client partners to lead in… groundbreaking NFT projects to success.
In this newly updated role, you will help develop the brand, build the team, and allocate resources in service of their short and long-term goals across a range of products and initiatives. The successful applicant will be strategic and creative in equal parts, with a strong understanding of both B2B and B2C user acquisition and marketing funnels across social, web3 and IRL channels. You must be a self-starter and a strong leader, capable of building a team to execute marketing strategies for all current and future products and services.
Responsibilities
Define, build, and scale a full marketing team to deliver on all key company and product objectives
Develop the company’s NFT brand and presence, identifying and capitalizing on opportunities to differentiate and establish a winning value proposition in the market
Strategically allocate resources to maximize impact and return on your teams marketing efforts across digital, social, field, and other channels, evaluating, selecting, onboarding, and managing external vendors and partners as required
Partner with Community and Creative Studio teams to building a robust social and marketing content calendar across all owned and third-party channels
Design and execute on full scope marketing plans to drive user engagement across all platforms
Own, plan, and execute on an events / sponsorship budget and calendar that meets objectives for key brand and product objectives
Analyze consumer behavior and define target customer personas while finding new ways to connect with target audiences across each of the key product verticals
Build and maintain relationships with key collaborators and work with them on promotional activities, content creation, and other opportunities
Provide in-depth analysis measuring the success of campaigns/tools developing KPIs, communicating results to relevant stakeholders.
Assist in honing and developing brand identity, ensuring the brand platform and message is strong and consistent across all channels
Required Skills
5+ years experience in a marketing leadership role at a tech company
B2B marketing experience with one or more of the following product/service offerings: creative services (e.g. creative agencies); developer-focused enterprise; blockchain, crypto, and/or NFTs
Prior experience building comprehensive marketing programs from the ground up
An understanding and passion for the web3.0, blockchain, crypto, and NFT spaces
Experience working in an agile environment on consumer-facing software products
Strong knowledge of creative and content production workflows for cross-functional projects
Strong creative instincts, previous experience working in a creative role
A great collaborator, fantastic at simplifying/clarifying complex concepts, with great leadership abilities that motivate teams to deliver
Experience growing product adoption and defining product differentiation in the marketplace
Strong organizational, and problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to handle multiple priorities, workflow, and people
Strong business sense and a commitment to excellence/high standards
