Responsibilities:
– Respond to customer inquiries via web chat in a timely and professional manner
– Provide accurate information about CarMax products and services
– Assist customers with online purchases, scheduling appointments, and resolving issues
– Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience
– Conduct research to answer customer questions and provide solutions
– Meet or exceed performance goals for response time, customer satisfaction, and sales conversion
Requirements:
– 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales role preferred
– Excellent written communication skills
– Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
– Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
– Proficiency in using web chat platforms and CRM systems
– High school diploma or equivalent
