What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Provide exceptional customer service by listening to customers and resolving their issues
Utilize various systems and technology for effective account management
Identify sales opportunities and apply sales skills to promote products and services
Ensure first call resolution through effective problem-solving and call handling
Escalate customer dissatisfaction to the managerial team when necessary
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Must be 18 years of age or older
High school diploma or equivalent
Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
Ability to type swiftly and accurately (20+ words per minute)
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Windows operating system
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience in customer service or sales roles
Strong aptitude for conflict resolution, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with frequent changes
Previous experience in a contact center or similar environment
