Responsibilities:
Deliver exceptional customer service for our premium standing desk e-commerce platform.
Tailor services to meet the needs of the local German market.
Utilize Zendesk for efficient customer interaction management and data handling.
Requirements:
Proficiency in both English and German (Native German level).
Understanding of the German market and consumer behavior.
Experience working in a Zendesk environment preferred.
Ability to work remotely with a reliable internet connection and a conducive home-office setup.
