Description:
Ability and willingness to work with both adolescent (13-17) and adult (18+) clients remotely
Diagnosis and treatment of mental and emotional disorders
Maintain a full-time caseload of at least 30 billable hours per week
Engage with and respond to all clients in a timely manner
Complete all required documentation in a timely manner
Test and support Direct to Employer products including new digital EAP
Understand therapist experience on the platform and implement best practices
Attend regular meetings with Clinical Supervisor
Obtain additional professional licensure in state(s) assigned by company
Additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
Experience and comfortability treating both adolescents and adults required for this role
Minimum education of Masters Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or other Behavioral Science
Current New York licensure: Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Social Worker – R (LCSW-R), Licensed… Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC)
Individual professional malpractice liability insurance policy (or willingness to purchase)
Individual NPI number (or willingness to obtain)
Submission of a fully completed, signed CAQH application (or willingness to obtain)
Comfortable learning new online tools and technology
Reliable internet connection
Fluent in Spanish preferred (speaking/writing)
