Key Responsibilities:
Manage the upload, optimization, and publishing of content across assigned YouTube channels.
Collaborate with creative, analytics, and audience development teams to craft compelling titles, tags, descriptions, thumbnails, and playlists.
Monitor real-time video releases, tweaking content as needed to maximize click-through rates.
Partner closely on short-form content strategy, providing YouTube performance insights.
Engage with fans through comment moderation, the community tab, and livestream support.
Leverage tools like OpusPro, TubeBuddy, VidIQ, and Tubular Labs to provide actionable data insights.
Lead brainstorming sessions, attend interdepartmental meetings, and keep the team updated on progress and trends in the social video landscape.
Occasionally assist with video editing and graphic design.
Lead revenue generating strategies, working with sponsors, etc. to build the monetary success of the channel.
What Were Looking For:
2+ years of experience in digital media for a content publisher or agency.
Proven expertise in YouTubes Creator Studio, SEO, and Content ID tools.
Strong copywriting skills for video titles, descriptions, and social media content.
Proficiency with Adobe Premiere and Photoshop.
A self-starter with a creative mind and data-driven decision-making.
Willingness to provide weekend or evening support as needed.

Pay: $70,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
